The interview was conducted in the company's bar area, which is visually nice. The interview was awkward in that individuals came and went from the meeting answering cell phones, etc. I had to answer the same question multiple times. The company offered to reimburse my expenses for traveling to their location, but never followed up after making the offer. Again, just an awkward experience overall. In receiving the offer for the position, the negotiation was also awkward as well and they promised that they are a family run business and treat employees fairly. I was requesting specifics regarding how my bonus structure would be paid out and never received any guidance aside from "we will take care of you"... until they didn't and then feigned amnesia about said bonus even though it was in the original offer letter written very vaguely. A very awkward experience overall. I don't recommend interviewing or working for this company due to the way I was treated.
