Nice group interview but the people doing it were pretty cold. They asked simple questions and gave a scenario where we have to think about us working in a shop. Also said they “aren’t looking for university students” despite applying for a 4 hour contract.

Molto veloce, domande particolari e standard. Nessuna domanda sulla vita personale, domande sui lavori precedenti, sulle passioni, su obbiettivi futuri. Domande su passioni e hobby. Non molte delucidazioni su stipendi e tipi di contratto.

Interview
Group interview of around 10 people. Started with an ice breaker, an introduction to the company and process, and then moved onto group work and presentations styling celebrities using Bershka clothing from the website and discussing our reasons for choosing items. The last part of the interview was more of a general discussion, where the managers asked open questions allowing each candidate to feedback individually or working in small groups.

El proceso de la entrevista para el puesto de Sales Assistant en Bershka (Inditex) suele incluir varias etapas. Primero se realiza una preselección, normalmente a través de la aplicación online o directamente en tienda.
