I submitted resume and cover letter online, and I received a response a couple of weeks later. They contacted me asking what was a good time to do a Zoom.

Can you take me through your resume in your own words? Are there any political races nationwide you have been interested in especially?
The interview is Very simple. One on one chat with the hiring manager about past experiences. It was Mostly behavioral questions but some about current politics. It is not a hard interview.
