Refined yet superficial process emphasizing image over insight. Overly formal, lacking transparency and genuine dialogue. Evaluation criteria feel inconsistent, prioritizing aesthetics and brand alignment rather than substantive leadership or performance capability.

It was very long, not really intentional on their end and felt like I was dragged along for the duration of 5 weeks. I would have appreciated an answer sooner and more directness.
