I applied via e-mail address. After reviewing my CV and motivation letter (around 2 days), Beosport called me for a meeting. Interview is held in their offices in Belgrade, Serbia. Position is related with Marketing sector and I was questioned from a colleague. The first step was introduction, CV walkthrough and then skill testing. Next round was meeting the director the very same day: introduction, an interview, agreement - I started to work.
