Interview with manager, interview with HR, write online code test and check if the tests pass as expected, talk with techy people and then job offer. The overall process was quite fast and simple.

We set up time and date for a Skype interview. They did not show up nor answer to me after I tried to contact them several times that day and the week after. This has never happened to me before, very unprofessional.
