I had to undertake a video interview which I felt was very impersonal being pre-recorded. With years experience in my field I felt the whole video process did not give me the opportunity to showcase my skills and was not a good platform to assess professionals suitability. If I wanted to be an Actress or Presenter I would have chosen that as a profession. It’s like judging a fish on its ability to climb a tree. Not a great experience and potentially brand damaging.
