The interview experience was amazing. While it was quite rigorous (took about two months), it was perhaps the best I've experienced. The first stage was to submit a cover letter and CV, then the recruiter replied me and invited me to take a test. After that I took another test, and then I has two rounds of interviews. The first, with the recruiter, and then with people in the functional teams that I selected during the initial application. The time between taking each test/interview and getting a response was about 1-2 weeks maximum, so there wasn't too much waiting

The process was quite long overall. It took me a few months before ending it. I did the first CV screening phase and took 7 first logical tests (30 mins each). After those ones I moved on to the following section which was made of two role-related problems (1h30 each) and one written personal assessment (2h). After passing that phase i did two interviews, one with the HR (1h) and one with two Spooners (2h), where I discussed about my experiences and during which my problem solving skills were assessed.
