Interview
I applied for the role in December 2020.
I was contacted within 2 weeks after submitting my CV saying that I passed to the 2nd round.
I was then given ca 10 days to complete 8 sets of problems. The time is more than enough to complete the questions and I believe that you can ask for an extension, if you need more time.
Throughout the process I was always supported by the HR department, who also took the time to tell me why I wasn't selected at the end.
Although I did not make it to the final interview, it was a very pleasant experience.

Interview
The interview process is divided more or less into 2 parts - the tests and the interviews. On average, I believe there are 2 batches of tests and 3 interviews. The questions on the tests check more for logical reasoning than technical knowledge and require a substantial time investment. The interviews check for your motivation.

Question 1
Most questions concerned motivation except in the logical reasoning interview, where you are asked a series of exam type brainteasers.
Clear and fair selection process: the recruiting team has been available to clarify all doubts during the entire process, all the steps were clearly explained in advance and they were also flexible on scheduling the interviews

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who then followed me throughout the selection process. I then proceeded with the assessments and, later on, with interviews with recruiters and the team. I definitely appreciated that I was assigned a recruiter who would directly and regularly interact with me.
