A series of tasks you have to do (a mix of numerical/reasoning, position-specific, and work style/professional goals), which might be challenging but I found to be quite fun, and a fair way to assess candidates' potential and talent, rather than traditional assessments. This was followed by two interviews, one with the talent team where I did another task (Think-aloud style), and the last one with team lead + talent. I overall enjoyed the process.
It was long, but the talent team was very quick and responsive throughout the whole process whenever I had a question or needed help.

The interview process was certainly not the easiest. However, the overall experience was very positive. Throughout the process, there was consistent support from a dedicated candidate support manager who handled communications efficiently.
