As first step of the selection process I had to complete 7 tests. They were very long, difficult (too much specific for their industry sector) and not related to the daily tasks of the role I applied for. I think an innovative and modern company should first speak to the candidates. I personally lost motivation after the third test and I expect not to be the only one. The war for talents is dynamic and fast moving.
