They usually do group interviews with the management team. My interview process was a little different. I went in to fill out an application and to my surprise the manager did an interview with me on the spot

Interview
I met with the Harbor Care Director at Bedford Falls and she explained to me what the job entails. I was eager to start using my LNA license and work with the elderly and I think she could see how passionate I was about it.

She asked me about past job experience and I told her that I had no LNA experience as of yet. We discussed my longevity at other jobs I have had.

Interview
Applied on Thursday got a call the next day saying they wore interested in me. I came back and they swnd me to do a background check. It took about 2 weeks. Got the job almost immediately
