I applied through Indeed and got an email within a couple days asking if I would be interested in coming in for an interview. We set something up and there was a small surprise. They didn't mention that it would be a group interview but all said and done, I felt that it worked in my favor! I was able to see my "competition". You start by filling out a big application packet and then we were filled into a larger space since there were about 10 of us. The group interview was conducted by the owner, Dr. Sandy, and mainly used to see our personalities and learn about the company and the position itself. There were some situational, behavior, and goal oriented questions throughout. My favorite part was that it seemed like the majority of the staff was present and participated in asking questions so the whole team could come to a conclusion on who they thought was the best fit, rather than just one person. It took about 45 minutes to an hour for the group interview. I was invited within 24hrs after to come in for a final one on one interview with the other owner, Dr. Jason. He asked if I had questions about the position and had a few questions for me in regards to my knowledge on the general duties. That part lasted maybe 10 minutes. They said they would be in touch with a final answer within the week.
