Interview
Submitted resume online, took a short coding screen, followed by a video interview with a trader. Know basic algorithms, mental math, and the standard trading interview problems. The trader can and will ask behavioral questions, so be able to explain why you want to be a trader and how you exhibit qualities of a trader. Overall a quick and straightforward process.

Interview
Initial coding challenge. All test abilities to think as well as the way you structure your solutions. The test is timed.
Following round is a video phone screen. You talk with a trader, and it's partly behavioral, partly brain teasers and mental math.
Next and last round is on-site superday. Mine was all day, and the morning consisted of a long coding challenge, along with talking to people in the hybrid program. After lunch, there were two math tests, a trading game, and multiple interviews various traders.
Overall the process is really enjoyable, and everyone at Belvedere is really nice and welcoming. Although the day is long and there are lots of parts to the process, it is not stressful at all and is a great experience.
