First of all, our apologies for the late reply. And most importantly, thanks a lot for your feedback and taking out the time to write this.
Giving a great experience to you is of the utmost priority to us and we fell short this time. It's been a great learning experience for us. Going forward, we have set up internal processes to ensure this doesn't happen again (all hiring managers will look into a centralized system to make sure that closures and offers being rolled out are known to everyone).
