Interview was great, but Human Resources interceded quickly to decline further interviews without reason, giving the impression that HR and the department in question are not simpatico, nor do they have equal footing in the hiring process.

Interview
The hiring manager spoke for 90% of the time and asked very few questions. The first comment she made was "HR was right, you do look young." I felt that was highly interoperate and agism was at play from step one.

Great experience talking with both the HR team on the phone for the initial screening. Appreciated the information on the company up front and the casual conversation. Enjoyed meeting multiple department heads for the in person interview process.
