The long interview with a team member was done on the phone and consisted of personal screening and technical questions. Friendly interviewer and was understanding when I didnt completely answer a question.

Very straight to the point mostly questions feeling out your personality rather than technical questions. Felt like the interview was more focused on my interest in being an engineer. I think the interview took about 30 minutes all said and done. received an offer 1 week later
