Interview
Pretty straightforward interview-they'll ask you to describe yourself and your strengths, and for part of the interview they'll have you role play a situation with a child. One scenario is when the child is listening to you, another will be when the child isn't following directions. They want to see how you handle a situation like this.
It was really easy! The recruiter was really nice and gave me the job right away. We mostly chatted about my past experiences and how I qualify for the job.
