Interview with questions and information exchanged. 2:1 interview. Apply and fill out application then an interview then offered a job. General orientation and orientation on the unit is part of the orientation process. You can apply on line or in person but you have to fill out an application. References are requested and ppd and physical are also required for hire.

Interview
The nurse that interviewed me was very nice. She seemed very comfortable with the entire process. She asked a lot of questions about my opinion as to what should be involved in the care of the elderly, what I would do if put in certain situations, and my strengths and weaknesses.
