The interview process went well. Discussed was the role basically a logistics sales role where you are calling people in need to have product shipped and then matching them up with available trucks/trucking companies. You have to obtain and manage your own accounts. For the right candidate they will train well for any candidate! No offered was made even though I was qualified believe due to the color of my skin based on what was seen in the office. I wouldn't have been a good fit obviously.

Applied online. Had a phone interview a few days later, in person interview a week later, and an additional phone interview a subsequent week later.
