On first interview, interviewed by one HR employee then HR manager. Second interview is at store with the store manager. Very easy with easy questions. Each on last 5 to 10 minutes.

It was friendly the entire time. The conversation was not uncomfortable or weird. It was a positive interview. The questions were not hard, and they really want to know about who you are as a person.
2 Interviews consisting of a phone interview followed by a two person interview. The interviews were an hour long. Covered standard situational customer service questions. Background check as well as employee verifications were conducted by a third party.
