2 part interview. Straightforward. Asked mainly about scenarios and how you would respond and experiences you have had. Part one is over the phone the second part is in person.

What's a creative way you have sold a product to a customer.
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.

Interview
When turning in your application they do a 5 minute on the spot interview with a Manger on Duty. Afterwards, they called to arrange a formal interview with the store manager.
