The interview was very basic, questions like "How do you deal with certain situations?" Very simple, just practice your answers and the job is pretty much yours. I was hired on the spot.

Tell me about a time you lead your team to success? (I was a shift supervisor before so the answer varies)
It was fairly easy, it felt like catching up with a friend you haven't spoke to in a while. They ask you questions such as availability and why you would be good for the position.
Simple easy process . Literally got called in the same day. Went into the office he asked my availability and ask like 3 questions. Told me the pay which is 11.5 and got hired the same day
Interviewer was friendly and asked questions about me and my skills. Asked me if I had ever worked with a team. She spoke about her experience in the store and talked about the city where she was from
