It was very quick. The HR recruiter didn't really have any idea. The 2 levels of management were very quick and fast. You couldn't tell exactly what they were looking for and very intimidating.

Responded to company recruiter's post, phone interview then in-person. Took about 2-3 weeks in total to receive offer. Recruiter was tough on trying to negotiate as low a salary as possible. Lesson is: hold out.
