Written assessment, Group Discussion and Interview(technical + HR). Questions are asked from the resume and thermal engineering. Written assessment is from core mechanical principles and group discussion is a random topic where the candidates are judged on the basis of some parameters.

Interview
First there was a Written MCQ Test based on Technical Questions. Shortlisted candidates were allowed for Group Discussion round. After clearing the GD Round, Technical Interview was conducted and after clearing Technical Interview HR interview was conducted.

First of all there is Cv shortlisting based on cgpa followed by pre placement talks I'm which they explain job description and ctc breakup and then Offline Written test then Technical interview and finally Hr interview.
