Interview
Unprofessional and abrupt interview process
The initial interview process consisted of a meeting with the hiring manager and a senior software engineer. The conversation was intended to cover background experience and architectural alignment before moving to technical evaluations.
Unfortunately, the experience was highly unprofessional. Mid-way through explaining my engineering background, the hiring manager abruptly interrupted my explanation, stated an immediate assumption that my skill set was not a fit for their web development needs, and concluded the meeting on the spot. No technical assessment or deeper screening was allowed to take place.
While the stack alignment on paper seemed strong, the actual interview management lacked basic professional courtesy. Candidates invest significant time preparing for these sessions, and truncating an interview mid-sentence based on a snap judgment reflects poorly on the leadership culture. I would advise future applicants to ensure the team is fully aligned on the job requirements before committing time to the process.

Interview
Their team is steadily growing and after an phone screening from HR they offer me this chance to get an interview at their office. They are friendly and kind, the attention should be drawn to attention to details, awareness of saftey and regulartory compliance, internal team coordination, and technical skills. It took me about one hour.
The interview lasted about one hour: intro, background questions, role questions, then Q&A. They were very friendly, so relax. Prepare time-management examples and a few clear project stories beforehand too.
