Two rounds of interview. Both interviews covered general questions such as “Why Beca?” and asked about past experiences. Interviewers were good and accommodating. Received an offer two weeks later and accepted it.

Question 1
Why do you want to get into building services and why Beca?
I got two face to face interviews, about 30 mins each, and one tele interview from HR. No difficult or behaviour questions. You need to be prepared and understand what you did at your previous job
Interview with hiring manager was generally pleasant. However, HR decided to go radio silent on me after I followed up with them. It's fine if the company decided to proceed with another candidate. At least show some professionalism and courtesy to answer to reasonable inquiries from interviewees.
