informal, they pick who they want without any real testing, civil service tests, or agility test, its all in who you know. Employer will post an opening to current employees and interview and except resumes' applications from them but all for show as they have already selected the person to get the job.

Are you still interested in a job which has no overtime....I think so....Doesn't tell you that the State's supplied P.O.S.T. supplemental pay was included inside of your projected salary, actually making $500.00 less a month than expected.
