Beach Eye interview questions

I interviewed here for an Ophthalmic Assistant position on November 20, 2025 at 10AM. I showed up on time, yet I was left waiting 38 minutes before finally meeting with Erin Licari. I handed over my resume, cover letter, and references, and was told I’d receive a follow-up about next steps. I heard absolutely nothing. I called on November 28, 2025 no response. I called again during the first week of December and was told Erin would get back to me that day. Instead, I got a quick message on Indeed saying the position had already been filled and blaming “holiday closures” for not responding earlier. If a company can’t manage a simple follow-up, even after multiple attempts from a candidate, it says a lot about how they treat people. The lack of communication and basic professionalism here was extremely disappointing. A process that should’ve taken one minute to communicate dragged on for no reason at all!
