I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (Temple, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
Sit one on one in an office with Director answering basic team leadership questions. Reviewing the job at hand. 30-45 minutes total. Applied 2 months ago then received an email about a digital interview first. Completed the digital interview where it gave you several chances to answer. You can complete on phone or computer at your leisure. Then received call 3 days later to come in face to face the following week. Overall: Took 2 months to hear something and 3 days to make a decision.

Interview
They follow a standard behavioral interview. The idea is each applicant gets the same questions so it is fair across the board. That is how I did it. But I have been in interviews with higher ups that just ask whatever they want. I prefer to do it the way they have it listed in the share point site. Makes it easier too. Most applicants do a good job of answering the questions.
