Interview
It was very unorganized. I had a prescreening interview, by someone none medical. Then a phone call, that pretty much answered the same questions, then I had a group interview with manager and like 5 other staff members.

Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
