Applied on company website, and was contacted by a recruiter to arrange a telephone interview. It was, by far, the worst experience I have had in all my years of HR. The hiring leader began the call by explaining to me that he was NOT looking for someone with my experience. (Honestly, if that's the case, why consider me at all?) The rest of the conversation consisted of the typical behavioral interview questions. It was a very awkward experience.
