This is my experience so far, I am still going through the process. I received an email about a job opening, so I applied. One week later, I get another email to verify my email, so I did. Three days later, I received a call from the pharmacy manager to schedule an interview, so I did. Five days later, interview conducted. Fairly easy interview, 2 managers asked about my experience, reason applied at Baylor, and personality questions. One week later, received an email to follow up about my availability, so I responded. That's it so far. :) No offer or decline of employment yet.
