I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (Irving, TX) in Aug 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a Recruiter who had found my resume in their system. I had not applied for this position, but he thought my background was a fit. I had a phone interview with him, and 2 weeks later, I had an onsite interview with the hiring manager. The first thing the hiring manager said to me was "We're really looking for someone with more experience" which was not the most encouraging start to the meeting. With every answer I gave her questions throughout the interview, she either made a negative comment or shook her head. The "interview" lasted 15 minutes and was a waste of time. My years of experience was listed on my resume, so I don't understand why they would reach out to me for a position that I did not apply to AND bring me in for an onsite interview if it was clear I didn't have the years of experience they were looking for. Definitely the worst interview process I've experienced.

Question 1
In your previous position, did you interact with or assist executives?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (Austin, TX) in Dec 2018
Interview
The first step in the process is a recorded video interview that prompts you with questions. Seems very impersonal and awkward as opposed to a phone call or in-person interview.
