I applied to the position online, was called for an interview in less than 24 hours, and hired on the spot. That should have been a major red flag right there! The turnover rate is so high with this company they constantly need to be hiring new and will hire any person with a pulse.

Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
