Interview
There was a 15 minute screening and the interview which was around 30-40 minutes with the manager. The questions were behavioral health based questions, as the recruiter described. It was very very vague questions that it almost made it difficult for me to answer (personally).

Im paraphrasing but they asked me to talk about a situation that went against protocol/policy and how did you handle it. It was something along those lines
Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
