2-tiered interview process. First with the CGI manager and then with the director. Both interviews went well. I liked the energy of both interviewers. They asked detailed questions about genetic and research background.

Q:Take me through the steps of curating a variant.
Phone screen with HR, 1st round with hiring manager, then followed by 2nd round with directors. Whole process took about 6 weeks and reasonable responses with HR throughout the process.

Three steps interview process including screening, technical interview with hiring manager and team lead, and director interview for career development. The whole process is straight forward with short waiting time.
