Interview
It was a very relaxed and online via Teams. There were two interviewers. They were incredibly upfront and honest. It was more like a conversation and probably the most enjoyable interview I ever had.
Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. War soweit ganz angenehm und gut strukturiert. Man bekommt gleich von vorneherein die Agenda mitgeteilt. Die Gesprächspartner waren vorbereitet und hatten auch Interesse gezeigt. Lief fair ab.
Different stages, all have been professional and smooth. Interviews are competency-based, basically looking how previous experiences could help to solve current challenges in your potential role. Critical thinking is key.
