Interview with hiring manager went very smooth, but some behavioral questions asked during the panel interview made no sense at all. I'm a fresh PhD graduate with 0 industry experiences, however the way they interviewed me made me think that they assumed I've worked in industry for 10+ years. And one interviewer (a senior scientist) made the conversation sound like an interrogation, rather than interview. I can smell the toxic environment even from talking with them. Waited another 2 months after panel interview before Bayer Crop Science rejected me, luckily I got an offer from my dream company later.
