The interview with Bayer was a joke. Most of the workers have such a thick accent that it was difficult to understand what is being said. The interview was very unprofessional.

I received a response to the position. I scheduled a call with HR through their calendar. No one showed up at the appointed time. This behavior is dishonest and unprofessional.

I attended 2 interviews and worked on one coding task. The first interview was very informal with who I assume is the HR. The second one was after I had completed my coding task. This one was more like a review of the code that I had written.
