The interview process was normal with a phone interview with HR then with the hiring manager, and to the presentation and the panel.
I had a weirded feeling about this job, when the recruiter tell me that she is not available past 3pm (Easter), that kind of turn me off but decided to go to the end.
At the presentation time almost everyone was late and some did not show up ( conflicting meeting!), and my time was scheduled 2 weeks before. I felt like they already made a decision and they are just there to finish with me the process, and that is shame if it is true because I took a day off and really wanted to ace the interview. As the panel interview progress, the negative vibe grow, one panelist she was on her phone and driving and she keep ask me to repeat my answer as she could not hear and could not hear her as well. Not only that going throw the panel interview you feel like there a big conflict not only with the departments they were part of the panel but also with individual working in the same team ( rolling their eyes at each other...).
It was the most unprofessional interview I have ever experienced. To add to my discuss, the HR that was insisting in calling and emailing to talk with me about the position, will not even answer my email for feedback.
