If your over 50 years old forget about getting a job with BayCare. It doesn't matter whether you worked for them in the past or not and have an excellent employment record. They seem to employ younger newer nurse at lower pay.

no phone interview, just in person and tour of the hospital. got to meet some of the staff and talked with 2 or the 3 unit managers. no tour of the hospital just unit. talked about qulifications and schooling

This process had a lot of paperwork and requirements. Overall the interview was not very scary the manager was to the point with expectations and requirements.

I was called by a recruitor who set up a phone interview for following week. I did the phone interview and was advised that I would get a call early the following week by practice manager. It has been 1 month and still have not heard anything. I have left 2 voicemail messages with no return call.
