Interview was very relaxed with only 1 person which was nice. The conversation seemed straightforward although there was a sort of strictness to it that discouraged open questions. When we got to the wages, it was obvious they only wanted to offer .25 more than I was making at my current job, which is a ridiculous policy, other people doing the same work were making 2-3 dollars more per hour.
