I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bay Area Medical Academy (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2023
Interview
You will meet with 7-8 different people from various departments (most have no clue what they are doing) and the interviews will be scheduled sporadically and at the discretion of the CEO at the very last minute. I had two interviews over the weekend - one of which was with the CEO, and she was one hour late. Once on video, she looked like she had just rolled out of bed and went on to tell me about the gala she went to the night before and how it was a late night. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized process. Also majority of what is told to you in the interview process is not factual information and you will find this out upon getting hired. Absolute nightmare.

First is a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. Once you pass the screenings, you will then have to come in for a working interview, and then offer employment.
