it was a group interview, the hiring manager just asked a bunch of simple questions, It was very simple, just talk a lot about customer service and interaction and how you would be ba great role for the company.

Group interview. They asked us our availability, and to tell them something about us. There were 3 of us, and the whole thing lasted about 30 minutes. 2-3 questions and in the end we needed to "sell" to one of the interviewers one of the products they had to choose from.

Involved group interview, asking a lot of scenario based questions and how to build a genuine connection with customers. There were times were the interviewer would act as the customer and you would be tested on what to do.
