Multi person interview with an initial interview done by HR or a recruiter. The interview was conducted by the manager, team members and the manager's counterpart. The different people were interested in skill, knowledg and fit with the group.

Interview
The interview process was very comprehensive and thorough. I met with the HR coordinator, the hiring manager and the director of the department. It was great to learn more about the team and the role.
