I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Buffalo, NY) in Sep 2010
Interview
The interview process was "interesting" since it was a group interview with about five or six other applicants for the job. Questions asked of us were directed to the group, not to the individual applicant. I was the only one in my group interview who bothered to answer any questions, so I was the one hired. After hiring paperwork was filled out, they have you watch a LOT of videos called "on boarding". This didn't score points with me; I would have rather spoken one on one to a live person.

Question 1
The questions were not at all difficult, actually they were rather generic/standard. "What is your favorite fragrance in our store?" was asked. I don't see how that would pertain to being hired.
It was simple. No difficult questions and the person doing the interview was nice. I would accept if they offer the job. I still haven’t heard back yet but they told me that I would’ve the end of the month
It was fast and easy. The only thing that I feel is that they hire EVERYONE applies. It feels like they don’t really care about who you are. Some people that work there is not the nicest

Question 1
What would you do if a client is dissatisfied with their purchase?
Went in and was hired on spot. Never got a call back to go in and start training.. I then had to decline the offer unfortunately. Over all easy interview just ask why you want to work there, what are your goals in the next 5 years , and what is your availability
