I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Mississauga, ON) in Oct 2012
Interview
Dropped off my resume in store and was able to briefly speak with the manager. Was called in for an interview a couple of days later. Interview was a group interview that included 4 people. The manager was very laid back and easy going. It was important to answer the questions properly as most not only touched upon good practices within retail, but answers also reflected your personality. The manager was definitely looking at personality and how you would possibly fit in the team environment rather than past experience. A couple of days later, another manager did a reference check, and I was hired the next day.
