I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works
Interview
The interview was rather standard, they asked the basic questions about work ethic, how you would sell certain products and how you would get along with staff at previous jobs, etc, etc.
The management and staff at the location I applied at were nice, relaxed and seemed like a good crowd to be around, but I was taken back by the fact that I was offered an interview, went through the interview, was offered a job at first - but told them I needed a few more days to finish up college finals. And even though I was told I would receive a phone call in a couple of days, I heard nothing only to find out they had given my position to another candidate because they were not willing to work around my schedule as a student.
I felt that they honestly handled the situation unprofessionally and if they could not offer me the position, they should have let me know in the first place instead of attempting to never contact me again.

Interview
Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
