I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Tampa, FL) in Apr 2013
Interview
I first went into Bath & Body Works with a cover letter, along with a filled out application that I printed off online. Originally, the manager I handed it to said they were done hiring part-time. Two days after submitting the application I got a call for an interview! It was a group interview with two other candidates. Professionally dressed and all smiles. Our hiring manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming, this was my very first job interview! We were asked to select our favorite product and sell it--this was easy. Be talkative and smile a lot, show that you're friendly and can demonstrate great customer service.
